Neighborhood Outreach

A group of select community-based organizations have been awarded grants, provided and managed by The Chicago Community Trust, to help deliver information about the Circuit Court of Cook County Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program directly to homeowners in communities and neighborhoods throughout Cook County. Representatives from the following organizations will be conducting outreach beginning in July 2010:
